What is this comic strip about?
Prussia's birthday was originally not set by the creator of Hetalia, as he's no longer a country. Though later in the series he was given a birth date as 1/18 because that is when the Kingdom of Prussia was formed.

Further depth explanations~~~

Characters-
Lettichaus/Letty (Red-hair): An OC of mine of a country that never existed, and probably never will. She represents Lettichaeus, the country of Northern Greenland before Greenland formed (in the 1970s). She has strong ties to Prussia as she and him are extremely alike, but completely polar opposites. She's also based off of me irl.
Kingdom of Prussia/Prussia/Gilbert: Not my character.

Main Idea-
Letty realizes Prussia is still alive only because people still remember him around the world, and he plays an important role in history. It bothers her because he was such an innocent country that got sucked into the German Empire much like how Austria-Hungary, and other surrounding countries did. The Allies had decided to disband Prussia as one sort 'resolution' to WWII. At that time, it bothered her to great extent, as they were so close. She still thinks of him as an equal, and a country.

Panel 1-
Letty is going to confront the pent up feelings about the subject.

Panel 2-
Letty 'hugs' Prussia, to his surprise. Prussia is flustered because he's not very fond of women (with the few exceptions that are canon/fannon) and tries to keep his distance. America, having been searching her for a while, finally finds her with Prussia. He then gets confused.

Panel 3-
Prussia finally understands what Letty was saying, and accepts her 'embrace' of emotions, considering she doesn't usually display them (much like Germany). He sighs of relief, as he realizes people still remember him, and love him for the way he is/was. America then realizes at that time that he shouldn't have disbanded the Kingdom of Prussia. England, feeling the same way, decides to put blame on America. China, just being his normal self, feels a wave of emotions from the scene before him and whatnot. Ah the feels.

Symbolism~~~~
No background color - Although Earth is beautiful with its scenery, the color white contains so many words and emotions within itself.
Prussia's panel 1 expression - Since it's his birthday, he's at a depressed state. Hearing Letty speak to him makes him feel worse, as he doesn't want to show himself having a weakness to her.
Prussia not speaking - Actions speak louder than words. But as of right then, Letty's words are more important. Since he was in such an emotional state, he didn't see it fit to talk.
Letty crying - She doesn't cry. Hardly ever. But only does the fact that losing a good friend in the world of countries and the possible, ever threat of death to a good friend make her angry. When she gets so angry and helpless, she cries.
Prussia's sigh - A sense of relief in knowing that people care about Prussia, whether existent or not. Also, can be interpreted as him holding in a sneeze then releasing it.
Chibination's shapes - Since they're not the normal adorable looking chibis, nor are their bodies normal and adorable. In a way, the shapes resemble a monster's figure. Since they disbanded Prussia, to the ones who remember, they are truly monsters.
Heart - The sense of healing. Also another sign of relief.
Prussia's panel 2 expression - He isn't used to females being so close to him, per their choice (Haaahaa...). He doesn't know what she was intending to do, so he blushed in nervousness.
Panel 2 exclamation mark - Just as the previous symbol states, he is surprised and nervous.
Letty's panel 2 expression - Tears are forming. She was trying to be strong, hence the sweat drop and slanted eyebrows. She is blushing for the same exact reason as Prussia was: nervousness, surprise, and somewhat fear.
America having no skin color in panel 2 - He has gone pale from worry and the sight in which he was seeing.
Chibinations skin color - They're alive. They're breathing. They're not albino. There are multiple other reasons circulating around the similar area.
Prussia and Letty's paleness - They're both albino. They don't exist as countries.
White clothing - A sense of innocence, and a sense of hope. A hope in which things will restore to previous amends.
Letty's X on her shirt - A representation that she's a fake country, and also the fact she has an X on her flag.
Letty grabbing Prussia's shirt - She doesn't want him to leave, as she fears he will leave forever and never come back.
Prussia's smirk - A sense of resurrection, a sense of normality, and a sense of hope.
Letty's hair color - To hide the fact that she's semi-albino. To hide the fact that she's a fake country. To hide the fact of countries becoming non-countries. To show that she is living, as red is the representation of life and blood.
Panel 3's text colors - Hetalia logo colors. Also to represent life, living, death, and nature.
Prussia's skinniness - He's barely surviving as just a memory.
Prussia hugging Letty - To let her know he'll be fine, no matter what happens in the future.
